What is AZÖRA Double Joy Reward Points?

A)         Renovation Points

Renovation Contract Value: Every SGD 1 spend equivalent to 1 renovation point (amount before GST) 

Example:

The homeowner spends SGD13,888 for the renovation package, price inclusive of GST.

The homeowner is able to earn 12979 renovation points.

B)         Azora Shopping Points

Shopping Value: Every SGD 1 spend equivalent to 1 renovation point (amount before GST)

Example:

Homeowner spends SGD2350 for soft furnishing such as bathroom accessories, curtain or lightings at Azora group, price inclusive of GST.

The homeowner is able to earn 2196 shopping points.

C)         Reward Points for Homeowner

If homeowners accumulated a minimum of 2000 points, they will be entitled to redeem SGD10 Cash Vouchers or Gifts worth to thousand dollars thru the Star Rewards website.

Terms

·        This program shall be effective from 1^st Oct 2020 until 31^st Jan 2021.

·        Company packages and vouchers are not entitled to enjoy this program.

·        Homeowners are required to self-collect at Azora Balestier outlet.

·        Homeowners require to spend a minimum of 2% of the renovation contract value at any Azora Group outlet with full payment.

•    Renovation points is based on the first original renovation contract value, amount capped at SGD200,000.
